Housing Specialist Paid Internship

JOB DESCRIPTION
Collect and review income and other types of verification documents
Apply state and federal regulations to accurately calculate income and rent for assisted families
Draft contracts, request inspections and process move ins to new units
Provide excellent customer service to clients and landlords, including timely follow up calls and emails
Gather documentation to support termination of assistance and draft hearing packets
General office admin duties
REQUIREMENTS
Must be between 18-30 years old
Are unemployed, underemployed and/or out of school
PAY RATE & INFO
Hourly Pay: $18-$22
Weekly Hours: 25-40 hours per week,
Internship Duration: 6 months - 12 months
