JOB SUMMARY:
The Vine Floral Studio is a contemporary floral design studio located in Old Town Tustin. They are an elevated, premium floral studio and work in a furnished and clean environment. They are fast paced, while still providing quality customer service to people over the phone and walk-in clients.
Essential Job Duties:
• Process new flower shipments
• Be able to recreate and produce floral arrangements from online menu
• Help walk-in clients with flower recommendations and gifts
• Assist rest of team with clean up
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and well-organized work environment
Skills Developed Over Work Experience:
• MAC iOS system
• Process new flower shipments
• Be able to recreate and produce floral arrangements from online menu
• Help walk-in clients with flower recommendations and gifts
• Knowledge of flowers and plants
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of Customer Service or Retail/Hospitality Environment
• Time-management
• Be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Preferred MAC iOS system knowledge but not mandatory
• Background in art is a plus
