JOB SUMMARY:
Elite Med Listings operates as a pioneering digital platform in the healthcare sector. Their primary objective is to bridge the gap between patients and top-tier plastic and cosmetic surgeons. Through their platform, Elite delivers a streamlined, efficient, and reliable experience for users seeking board-certified plastic surgeons.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for medical appointment setting.
Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and US health insurance policies during interactions.
Document and maintain patient records in our CRM and Google Docs. Familiarity with EMR systems is a distinct advantage.
Ensure effective communication tailored to our CA patient audience in both English and Spanish.
