Job Summary

The Administrative Support Assistant provides clerical, customer service, and operational support to students, staff, and visitors. This position assists with front office operations, campus activities, recordkeeping, inventory management, and general administrative functions to ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information to students, staff, and visitors

  • Assist and support students, faculty, and staff with administrative and customer service needs

  • Support campus tours and school visits by greeting guests and providing assistance as needed

  • Create and maintain student sign-in sheets and attendance records

  • Assemble training manuals, informational packets, and other program materials

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records

  • Complete forms, reports, audits, and other administrative documentation

  • Assist with inventory tracking, supply monitoring, and restocking of materials

  • Receive, unpack, organize, and distribute supplies and equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional campus and office environment at all times

  • File, copy, scan, and distribute documents as needed

  • Assist with special projects and perform other miscellaneous office duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively


Physical Requirements.

  • Ability to move and organize boxes, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Drug test required (not funded by the employer)

Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
