JOB SUMMARY:
Gain practical experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, and event coordination — all while preparing for long-term career opportunities. This position will support real-world events, improve operations behind the scenes, and learn what it takes to succeed in high-performing workplaces.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Customer Service and Hospitality:
Greet and assist guests at live events
Practice active listening, empathy, and clear communication
Provide assistance with customer feedback and complaints
Master professional phone and email etiquette
Support food and beverage coordination and hospitality setup
Deliver welcoming, inclusive, and efficient service experiences
Office Administration:
Schedule, calendar management, and data entry
Practice digital organization and recordkeeping
Use productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Support internal communications and team coordination
Assist with reports, task tracking, and follow-up communication
Learn basics of ChatGPT
Event Management:
Participate in event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Create basic event timelines and task lists
Assist with registration, check-in, and participant flow
Help prepare materials and guest-facing documents
Coordinate post-event feedback and follow-ups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ages 18+
Motivated to learn, show up, and grow professionally
Interested in careers in customer service, hospitality, administration, or events
Good attitude, reliable attendance, and basic digital literacy
Able to work a few evenings/weekends for events (with notice)
Must be able to pass a drug test
Background check required
Conversational and written English required
