Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to service the Chamber membership and the general public receive and assist members and visitors, both by phone and in-person, perform general office duties and assistance to management, perform social media management, as approved by supervisors, support the general planning, coordination, and implementation of Chamber programs and events.

Essential Job Duties:
Receive/ Assist Members & Visitors
Produce and process correspondence, answer incoming calls, provide accurate messages, receive visitors, and process office information and communications.
Monitor customer service and step-in as needed to provide team support.
Perform General Office Duties/ Support
Maintain files and records, respond to standard and routine requests, respond to membership and general information inquires, perform other support duties as assigned.
Send retention and renewal letters with statements and respond to inquiries from members and guests.
Perform membership database management/updates via simple, Chamber Master software program.
Perform Social Media Management
Utilize strong and innovative skills in Instagram and TikTok social platforms.
In conjunction with management and marketing/events contractor, plan and execute social posts, as approved by management.
Support Chamber Programs & Events
Support planning, coordination and implementation of Chamber programs and events, alongside team.

Fluency in Spanish language a plus.
Experience with social media (Instagram and TikTok) and Microsoft Office.
Confidentiality in Chamber business information is crucial.
