Position: Concrete Polishing Laborer
Job Summary: As a Concrete Polishing Laborer, you will assist with grinding, prepping, polishing, and maintaining concrete floors using hand grinders, machines, and other tools. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
Location: Monrovia, CA Company: American Concrete Polishing (ACP Blason)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate polishing equipment and hand grinders
Perform surface prep: grinding, patching, vacuuming
Drive company vehicles or tow trailers (as assigned)
Travel out of town or work nights/weekends as needed
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow safety procedures and instructions from management
Qualifications:
Must be physically fit and able to lift/move equipment
Strong communication skills
Must have a reliable mode of transportation
Willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
Willing to travel when required

Position: Foreman
Job Summary: As a Foreman, you will lead a team on job sites, ensure timelines are met, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role requires prior experience in construction or concrete-related work and strong leadership skills.
Employment Details
Job Type: Variable schedule (not guaranteed 30 hours/week)
Location: Monrovia, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct team members on site
Monitor safety, efficiency, and quality of work
Coordinate equipment and materials
Communicate project status with management
Ensure job is completed to spec and on schedule
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in construction/concrete
Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills
Ability to lead by example and follow direction
Reliable and detail-oriented
Open availability, including weekends and travel
