Position: Concrete Polishing Laborer

Job Summary: As a Concrete Polishing Laborer, you will assist with grinding, prepping, polishing, and maintaining concrete floors using hand grinders, machines, and other tools. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.


Location: Monrovia, CA Company: American Concrete Polishing (ACP Blason)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate polishing equipment and hand grinders

  • Perform surface prep: grinding, patching, vacuuming

  • Drive company vehicles or tow trailers (as assigned)

  • Travel out of town or work nights/weekends as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

  • Follow safety procedures and instructions from management


Qualifications:

  • Must be physically fit and able to lift/move equipment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Open schedule availability (including nights/weekends)

  • Willing to travel when required

Position: Foreman

Job Summary: As a Foreman, you will lead a team on job sites, ensure timelines are met, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role requires prior experience in construction or concrete-related work and strong leadership skills.


Employment Details

  • Job Type: Variable schedule (not guaranteed 30 hours/week)

  • Location: Monrovia, CA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct team members on site

  • Monitor safety, efficiency, and quality of work

  • Coordinate equipment and materials

  • Communicate project status with management

  • Ensure job is completed to spec and on schedule


Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in construction/concrete

  • Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills

  • Ability to lead by example and follow direction

  • Reliable and detail-oriented

  • Open availability, including weekends and travel
