JOB SUMMARY:

Bella Phytologic is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing/Sales Assistant to join their growing team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in digital marketing, particularly in the realm of selling products online. If you have ever tried to make a website, tried to sell items on marketplaces like Amazon or Facebook, or have a strong interest in online sales, this role is perfect for you. The  Digital Marketing/Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic campaigns to enhance our clients' online presence and drive traffic to their Amazon listings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for Amazon listing optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze Amazon sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop strategies that drive traffic and sales on Amazon.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for Amazon campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, best practices, and industry trends.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and online sales.

  • Have you made a website or tried selling items on marketplaces like Amazon? We want to hear about it!

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  • Self-taught individuals who also see the world of digital as a hobby.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Amazon seller best practices, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and advertising strategies.

  • Analytical tools and software for tracking campaign performance and generating reports.

  • Strategic campaign planning and execution to enhance online presence and drive Amazon sales.

  • Monitor and analyze Amazon sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
