Job Summary:

The IT Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining IT-related data across various systems and databases. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with technical information to support IT operations.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Accurately input and update IT data such as system configurations, hardware inventories, software licenses, and network details

  • Manage data entry for IT support tickets, user accounts, and system logs.

  • Assist in generating IT reports and dashboards for system performance, resource allocation, and usage statistics.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, including software, hardware, and network components.

  • Support IT projects by entering and organizing relevant data, ensuring project timelines are met.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with IT systems, software, and hardware terminology preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with database management tools like Google Docs, Word, Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle technical data accurately.

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT teams.

Hours of Operation:

Monday- Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM
