CULINARY

Signature Fine Dining Culinary - The pay rate for this Signature Fine Dining/Dinner Cook role is $27.50 per hour and for this Signature Fine Dining/Demi Chef role is $29.50 per hour

  • Vocation School training or High School certification

  • Culinary Education Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary field/high volume restaurant or culinary degree and 3 years related experience

 

Hotel Culinary & Fine Dining – The pay rate is $28.00-$30.00 per hour

  • Opportunities may include Restaurant Dinner Cook, Banquets Dinner Cook, Banquets Pantry, Fine Dining/Dinner Cook, and Fine Dining/Specialty Cook

  • Passion for Culinary and delighting our Guests with food!

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the culinary field with a focus on high-volume production

  • Culinary Education Degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience

 

Pastry Dinner Cook - the pay rate for this role in California is $26.00 per hour

  • May include Pastry Line/Dinner Cook & Pastry Cook/Baker

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the culinary field/high volume restaurant or Culinary Degree and 2 years related experience Strong communication, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Prepare products according to recipe guidelines

  • Knowledgeable of kitchen safety and sanitation including temperature requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of tools, measurements, ingredients, equipment, small wares, and cooking required for a bakery

 

FACILITIES OPERATIONS SERVICES

Plasterer 200 - The pay rate for this role in California is $37.44 to $46.73 per hour

  • Able to work with cementitious materials, resins, epoxies, adhesives, acrylics, urethanes, molds, models, and basic tools required of plasterer and a typical maintenance type position

  • Able to read and interpret blueprints; Able to read, interpret, and follow checklists, written procedures, and/or processes

  • Familiar with or have the ability to learn the Computerized Maintenance Management System

 

Electrician (Appliance) - the pay rate for this role in California is $38.48 to $46.85 per hour

  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen equipment

  • Electronic experience a plus

  • Construction or installation-only experience is NOT sufficient

 

⁠Operating Engineer - the pay rate for this role in California is $38.48 per hour

  • Journeyman Operating Engineer or maintenance machinist experience

  • Unlimited CFC license

  • Background as a Utilities Man Class A or C, Boiler Technician Class A or C

 

Hotel Maintenance Engineer -the pay rate for this role in California is $35.36 per hour

  • Must have EPA 608 certificate or Universal Certificate

  • 2 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair

 

Pruner - the pay rate for this role in California is $29.10-$35.47 per hour

  • Western Chapter Certified Tree Worker (WC-CTW) or the level of ability to obtain a Certified Tree Worker Qualification

 

Outside Machinist- the pay rate for this role in California is $38.48 - $46.85 per hour

  • Two-Five years directly related as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial production facility;

  • Ability to read, understand and follow checklists to safely operate the systems/equipment and know what actions to take in case of equipment failure/emergencies.

  • Experience using precision measurement tools, basic machinist tools, inspection equipment, scales, torque wrenches, hoists, lifting and jacking devices, man lifts, and powered carts/Mules;

  • Working knowledge of gearbox rebuild, bearing replacement, and setting bearing pre-load;

  • Proficiency troubleshooting/repairing mechanical assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; reading and understanding of mechanical assembly drawings, schematics, diagrams and troubleshooting trees; and working all to manufacturers’ torque tolerance specs;


TENAYA STONE SPA

Spa Esthetician at the Tenaya Stone Spa - The pay rate for this role in California is $20.42 per hour, plus commission and gratuities

  • Must currently hold and maintain state Esthetician license (with State of California)

  • Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment

 

Hairstylist - The pay rate for this role in California is $20.42 per hour, plus commission and gratuities

  • Previous experience in a Spa or Hotel environment;

  • Must currently hold and maintain state Cosmetologist or Barber license with state of California

 

Nail Technician - The pay rate for this role in California is $20.42 per hour, plus commission and gratuities

  • Must currently hold and maintain state Nail Technician license (with state of California)

  • Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment

 

Fitness Instructor - The pay rate for this role in California is $19.90 per hour, plus class tier pay ($40.00 per class)

  • Yoga Instructor certification

  • Extensive experience in the fitness field

  • National Certification (i.e.; ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM) for fitness instruction/personal training and/or Associates degree or higher in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field

  • Ability to complete tasks independently 

  • Spiel memorization and delivery 

  • Knowledgeable about The Disneyland Resort and surrounding area

  • Prefer previous Hotel or Spa experience


Additional Roles: 

PM Housekeeping Room Attendant - The pay rate for this role in California is $25.50 per hour

  • PM Room Attendants may start as early as 3:30pm and end as late as 1:00am.

  • Previous experience in a luxury Hotel

  • Previous experience servicing and cleaning 13 or more rooms a day including occupied, vacant, and check-out Guest rooms

 

AM Housekeeping Room Attendant - The pay rate for this role in California is $25.50 per hour

  • Previous experience in a luxury Hotel

  • Previous experience servicing and cleaning 13 or more rooms a day including occupied, vacant, and check-out Guest rooms

 

Security - the pay rate for this role in California is $25.00 per hour 

  • Must have a valid California driver’s license  

  • Guest service experience in a fast-paced environment  

  • Experience dealing with challenging situations/de-escalation
