Job Summary:

The Employment Specialist will help connect job seekers with the available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applicants, and schedule interviewing appointments. The main goal is to put people in jobs, recruit qualified candidates, generate and expand business through focused sales activity.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Fill qualified job orders with urgency

  • Source candidates for available positions and market candidates to clients

  • Qualify candidates to ensure skills align with clients’ requirements for placement

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

  • Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communications

  • Perform other related duties as necessary


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills required. Ability to type 30WPM+ without looking

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

  • Strong customer service

  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks

  • Fast learner, self-motivated problem solvers

  • Warehouse or industrial experience preferred


Work Experience Skills Developed:

  • Proficient use of CRM tools and effective sales techniques

  • Industry knowledge of wide variety of roles and positions

  • Fill qualified job orders with urgency

  • Source candidates for available positions and market candidates to clients

  • Qualify candidates to ensure skills align with clients’ requirements for placement

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

  • Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communications


Hours of Operation:

Monday- Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
