Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist/Facilities is the welcoming face of Fitness on Fire. This role sets the tone for every member and guest experience by creating an inviting, supportive, and high-energy environment. They ensure the front desk runs smoothly, members feel cared for, and the facility maintains FOF’s high standards of professionalism and warmth.


Essential Job Duties:

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and genuine care

• Assist with check-ins, class sign-ups, and membership questions

• Provide top-tier customer service and help members feel supported

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility

• Answer phone calls, texts, and in-person inquiries promptly

• Support coaches and staff with administrative tasks and daily operations

• Monitor member flow and overall facility atmosphere during shifts

• Represent Fitness on Fire values of community, positivity, and growth


Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old

• Current CPR/AED certification

• Friendly, positive, and welcoming demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasional bending/stooping

• Ability to lift or carry items up to 20–30 lbs. (cleaning supplies, small equipment)


Work Experience Skills Developed:

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and genuine care

• Assist with check-ins, class sign-ups, and membership questions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am – 11:30 am or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 am – 11:30 am or 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
