Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant & Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide essential administrative and outreach support, assist with partner engagement, and help execute digital marketing initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role that supports the executive team with external communications and ensures that our social media and digital strategy aligns with our brand goals.
Essential Job Duties:
Outreach & Communications
Research and identify prospective partner organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies aligned with our mission
Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM or contact database with communication history
Help schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and follow-up tasks
Support grant research and partnership opportunity tracking
Outreach to prospective partners
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist in creating and scheduling content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and hashtag optimization to boost SEO and visibility
Analyze competitor activity to inform content and outreach strategies
Monitor engagement metrics and provide monthly reports
Support the development of email newsletters and blog posts as needed
Ensure consistent branding and voice across all digital touchpoints
Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Trello/ClickUp preferred
High School Diploma
Understanding of social media platforms
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively

Monday – Thursday: 11 am – 7 pm
Friday: 11 am – 3 pm
