Job Summary:
La Habra Chiropractic Group & Rehab is a well-established, busy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment. Essential Job Duties:
Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
File and organize patient records and documentation
Assist in setting up and sanitizing treatment rooms
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be 18+
Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn in a healthcare setting
Work Experience Skills Developed:
Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
File and organize patient records and documentation
Assist in setting up and sanitizing treatment roomsce
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 9 am – 6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am – 6 pm
Wednesday: 9 am – 6 pm
Thursday: 12 pm – 6 pm
Friday: 9 am – 2 pm
