Job Summary:

La Habra Chiropractic Group & Rehab is a well-established, busy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment. Their team of chiropractors and rehabilitation specialists work together to help patients achieve better health, mobility, and overall wellness.  Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care

  • File and organize patient records and documentation

  • Assist in setting up and sanitizing treatment rooms

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+

  • Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn in a healthcare setting


Work Experience Skills Developed:

  • Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care

  • File and organize patient records and documentation

  • Assist in setting up and sanitizing treatment roomsce

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment


Hours of Operation:

Monday: 9 am – 6 pm

Tuesday: 9 am – 6 pm

Wednesday: 9 am – 6 pm

Thursday: 12 pm – 6 pm

Friday: 9 am – 2 pm
