Job Summary:

Industrial Listing Services, Inc. (ILS), is a woman owned B2B publisher of market data to the commercial real estate industry. Our clients benefit from publications, marketing services, aerial photography, and our proprietary database. This part-time role will support operations remotely. The main keys to success will be accuracy, excellent written business communications, and a desire to apply lessons learned.


 Essential Job Duties:

  • Enter new client data in Excel and proprietary database

  • Update data as required from emails, digital content, and other sources

  • Review and cross check all data to avoid discrepancies

  • Perform team audits and quality assurance to ensure alignment with validation policies.

  • Outbound calls to potential new clients using a list provided by the manager

  • Social Media usage including Instagram and LinkedIn to research the potential new client

  • Assist team with detail management and deadline adherence


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Clear and solid communication, written, and listening skills

  • Strong analytical skills preferred

  • Attention to detail and precision important

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office


Work Experience Skills Developed:

  • Enter new client data in Excel and proprietary database

  • Update data as required from emails, digital content, and other sources

  • Review and cross check all data to avoid discrepancies

  • Perform team audits and quality assurance to ensure alignment with validation policies

  • Outbound calls to potential new clients using a list provided by the client employer

  • Assist team with detail management and deadline adherence


Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 9 am – 1 pm
