Location: Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm


Position Summary

This position involves carefully assembling medical device components using microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment in a clean room environment. The role requires adherence to strict quality standards and procedures to ensure the safe and proper functionality of finished products.


Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday + Overtime)

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday + Overtime)


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble individual parts and subassemblies of medical devices per work orders and blueprints

  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished products

  • Follow precise instructions and documentation protocols

  • Use hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment for assembly

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in a clean room environment

  • Complete batch records, logs, and quality control documentation

  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors for resolution


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly processes

  • Commitment to quality and cleanliness standards

  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting


Compensation

  • 1st Shift: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)

  • 2nd Shift: $19–$21 per hour (DOE)
