Job Summary:
Hiring a Project & Sales Manager to oversee residential and light commercial painting projects throughout Orange County. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle — from estimating and closing jobs to ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, operations, and client management.
Essential Job Duties:
Conduct estimates and close painting projects (residential and commercial)
Coordinate with subcontractors and crews to ensure smoother operations of daily projects
Provide detailed sales estimates for potential projects
Project management including oversight of project timelines, budgets, and materials
Communicate with customers and ensure expectations are met at every stage
Perform follow-ups to generate repeat and referral business
Represent the company at community or trade events, as needed
Use of Housecall Pro and Company Cam for scheduling and project coordination
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in sales or project coordination (preferably in the paint industry)
Military or Veteran background strongly preferred
Clean driving record required
Background and drug test required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy
Work Experience Skills Developed:
