Job Summary:

Hiring a Project & Sales Manager to oversee residential and light commercial painting projects throughout Orange County. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle — from estimating and closing jobs to ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, operations, and client management.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Conduct estimates and close painting projects (residential and commercial)

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and crews to ensure smoother operations of daily projects

  • Provide detailed sales estimates for potential projects

  • Project management including oversight of project timelines, budgets, and materials

  • Communicate with customers and ensure expectations are met at every stage

  • Perform follow-ups to generate repeat and referral business

  • Represent the company at community or trade events, as needed

  • Use of Housecall Pro and Company Cam for scheduling and project coordination


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or project coordination (preferably in the paint industry)

  • Military or Veteran background strongly preferred

  • Clean driving record required

  • Background and drug test required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy

Monday - Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
