Location: North Orange Continuing Education – Anaheim Campus

Full-Time | 12 Months Per Year | Salary: $6,340–$7,668/month

Position Overview

North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support our English as a Second Language (ESL) department. This role coordinates outreach, promotion, and student retention efforts, and provides leadership to the ESL Community Engagement Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate student services programs and outreach activities

  • Support faculty, staff, and students in navigating ESL services

  • Organize and promote events, workshops, and community partnerships

  • Collect and analyze student data for program improvement

  • Assist in budget preparation and grant compliance

  • Train and lead a team of staff supporting student engagement


Minimum Qualifications

  • Sixty (60) semester units and five (5) years of related experience OR

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of professional experience with emphasis on customer service and program coordination

  • Valid driver’s license required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with noncredit ESL students

  • Familiarity with community partnerships in North Orange County

  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, or Chinese)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Canvas, Zoom, Banner, and related platforms
