Location: North Orange Continuing Education – Anaheim Campus
Full-Time | 12 Months Per Year | Salary: $6,340–$7,668/month

Position Overview
North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support our English as a Second Language (ESL) department. This role coordinates outreach, promotion, and student retention efforts, and provides leadership to the ESL Community Engagement Team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate student services programs and outreach activities
Support faculty, staff, and students in navigating ESL services
Organize and promote events, workshops, and community partnerships
Collect and analyze student data for program improvement
Assist in budget preparation and grant compliance
Train and lead a team of staff supporting student engagement
Minimum Qualifications
Sixty (60) semester units and five (5) years of related experience OR
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of professional experience with emphasis on customer service and program coordination
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with noncredit ESL students
Familiarity with community partnerships in North Orange County
Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, or Chinese)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Canvas, Zoom, Banner, and related platforms
