1. Home Care Aide (HCA)

Job Summary: Provide in-home support to clients with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

  • Help with walking, mobility aids, and transferring

  • Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping, errands, and laundry

  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

  • Maintain proper documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Strong communication and reliability

  • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds


2. Caregiver / Companion Caregiver

Job Summary: Offer companionship and non-medical assistance to seniors and individuals in need of daily support.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in conversation and social activities

  • Provide supervision and emotional support

  • Assist with daily tasks, light cleaning, and meal preparation

  • Run errands and support recreational activities

  • Encourage safe and independent living

Qualifications:

  • No certification required (training provided)

  • Must be patient, kind, and respectful

  • Able to follow care plans and routines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills


3. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary: Deliver hands-on personal care and assist with health-related tasks under client-specific plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform personal care duties such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support

  • Assist with vital signs monitoring as allowed

  • Provide physical and emotional support

  • Record daily care and report client concerns

  • Support basic hygiene, grooming, and safe movement

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA license in California

  • Experience in in-home or facility-based care

  • Able to follow care protocols and report updates accurately


4. Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Summary: Provide care in a home setting including health support services under supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with bathing, dressing, and mobility

  • Monitor patient conditions and report concerns

  • Help with nutrition, exercise, and medication reminders

  • Assist with household chores and basic recordkeeping

  • Follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries

Qualifications:

  • Valid HHA certification

  • Training in personal care services

  • Experience in home care preferred

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate
