Job Summary:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality residential painting through careful prep, clean execution, and strong communication. As a key representative of the brand, this role helps create beautiful spaces and positive client interactions.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Log into Housecall Pro daily to log hours, mark job status, and review project details

  • Communicate with job supervisor throughout the day with updates and/or needs

  • Read through contracts ahead of time to understand full job scope

  • Strategize how to best approach each project, including supply needs and workflow

  • Pick up supplies and materials prior to arriving at job site

  • Prepare worksite efficiently for daily project

  • Execute all painting tasks efficiently and cleanly

  • Report any scope changes or add-ons to job supervisor immediately

  • Deliver outstanding community service


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Background check and drug test required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable using mobile apps

  • Strong problem solving skills and time management skills

  • Dependable and detail-oriented

  • Able to meet physical demands: lifting, standing, bending, working outdoors


Work Experience Skills Developed:

  • Complete understanding of residential painting process for interior and exterior projects

  • Use Housecall Pro to log hours, mark job status and review project deadlines

  • Communicate with job supervisor throughout the day with updates and/or needs

  • Read through contracts ahead of time to understand full job scope

  • Strategize how to best approach each project, including supply needs and workflow

  • Pick up supplies and materials prior to arriving at job site

  • Prepare worksite efficiently for daily project

  • Execute all painting tasks efficiently and cleanly

  • Deliver outstanding community service

Monday - Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
