Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will serve as a dedicated support professional working alongside the VP of Business Development to manage and grow their vendor and end-user equipment finance portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining timely follow-up, clear communication, and smooth operational flow, allowing the VP of Business Development to focus on strategic growth.
Essential Job Duties:
Client & Vendor Follow-Up: Ensure consistent communication with clients and vendors
by tracking pending documents, responding to inquiries, and sending status updates.
CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date and transparent CRM system (Advantage and Monday.com) that reflects the status of each deal, task management, and upcoming follow-ups.
Email & Schedule Coordination: Monitor incoming email activity, draft replies when needed, and assist in scheduling meetings to keep deals moving.
File Preparation: Organize deal files, review applications, and gather necessary documentation for underwriting. Work with internal teams to ensure files are complete and accurate.
Marketing & Outreach Support: Assist with executing basic marketing campaigns to vendors and customers, including follow-up emails, holiday touches, or promotional offerings.
Pipeline Reporting: Provide weekly summaries of deals in progress, noting what’s needed or stalled, and where attention is most needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Background check required
Proficiency in basic computer tasks including Microsoft Office programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter attitude who can work independently but communicate regularly

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
