Job Summary:

SCKE Health offers comprehensive medical care in a brand-new state-of-art medical facility, serving the local community of Irvine, Laguna Hills, and surrounding communities by providing experienced, caring, and cost-effective routine and urgent medical services. The Medical Receptionist will support front desk operations and help manage patient flow and administrative needs in a clinical setting.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Welcome patients upon arrival.

  • Check in and check out patients for the scheduled appointments, provide any necessary follow-up documentation.

  • Assists patients in filling out insurance forms and other patient records.

  • Schedule appointments for patients via phone, email, website requests.

  • Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate people, and take detailed messages, when applicable.

  • Verify insurance and collect new insurance information/documentation for patient files.

  • Process referral authorizations and faxes.

  • Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory levels, scheduling equipment service and repairs, and overseeing the delivery of supplies.

  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Great attitude and customer service focused

  • Professional communication

  • Basic phone and computer skills

  • Reliable and organized

Equipment or tools needed: Scrubs, Closed toe shoes.


Hours of Operation:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
