Job Summary:
SimInsights, a software development company based in Irvine, California, is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to run campaigns related to XR/AI to efficiently generate leads and increase sales.
Essential Job Duties:
Assess and optimize yield across various channels through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign design.
Develop and execute both short-term campaigns and long-term growth strategy encompassing online channels.
Apply data and analytics to develop real-time performance marketing reports.
Review content tasks including optimize web pages for copy, metadata, internal and external links and landing pages for Search, social media channels and blogs.
Set-up, manage, and monitor day-to-day performance of paid acquisition campaigns across SEM and social channels using Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and related software & reporting tools.
Track popular trends in VR/AR/AI-powered training industry and brainstorm ideas to attract PR and attention from creators.
Develop growth strategies via SEO or paid Ads (web, video, SEM, affiliate and referrals).
Build personal relationships with partners, customers, and advocates.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Passion for digital marketing.
Good writing and communication skills.
Creativity.
Interest in the e-learning and training industry.
Passion for video, entertainment, and digital media.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
