Soka University: Janitorial Support

The following information was provided by Soka University

Shifts: 7am to 3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday. 40 hours. 

Pay: $17.75/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks:

  • Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors

  • Shampooing carpets and buffing hard surfaces

  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms (toiletries, paper products)

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

• Clean windows, walls, and furniture as needed

• Unlock and lock buildings or rooms as required

Additional: Current staff have been part of the team for 20+ years. 

Requirements: Drug test and Background check. Comfortable working around students.
