JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team at an online mental health therapy Clinic / immigration evaluation.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls from clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with billing and insurance verification, ensuring timely and accurate benefits for services rendered.

  • Provide empathetic support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a culturally sensitive manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations.


SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Improve verbal and written communication skills through professional interactions with clients via inquiries, emails, and phone calls.

  • Develop strong time management and multitasking abilities by handling various administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

  • Gain expertise in Google Suite and billing/insurance verification systems, enhancing technical capabilities.

  • Strengthen interpersonal skills by providing empathetic support and addressing client concerns in a culturally sensitive manner


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone required.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Preferred proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Saturday: 8am - 6pm

Sunday: 9am - 12pm
