JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a Client Relations Representative to handle billing inquiries, schedule insurance reviews, and assist with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is ethical, dependable, and a team player with strong communication skills. Sales experience preferred but not required. Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Call clients for billing and payments

• Set insurance review appointments

• Make marketing calls to assist Sales with new business leads

• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate staff

• Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ethical, dependable, and coachable

  • Strong work ethic, team player, self-motivated, quick learner, likes challenges and change

  • Enjoy working with the public and helping people

  • Enjoy talking on the phone

  • Sales experience preferred but not required

  • Bilingual preferred – Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu

  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license in the future

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

Saturday: 11am – 3pm
