Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) Network is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who provides high-level administrative, marketing, and operational support. This role is essential in ensuring the Head Coach can focus on client-facing activities, while the EA manages follow-up, scheduling, digital marketing, and process optimization. This is not just an administrative role, it’s an opportunity to work closely with a business strategist and coach to help scale a growing company focused on empowering small business owners and professionals.                                                                                                                                                                Essential Job Duties:

• Help follow up with clients and leads

• Support email and marketing campaigns via email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, or

similar)

• Design and schedule social media posts

• Research events and opportunities

• Keep digital files and spreadsheets organized

• Attend weekly virtual meetings

• Help track tasks and progress for the team

• Basic video editing for short-form content repurposing on CapCut or Canva

• Basic image editing and creation on Canva


Requirements/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, Gmail and Microsoft Office products

preferred.

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.


Work Experience Skills Developed:

• Help follow up with clients and leads

• Support email and marketing campaigns via email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, or

similar)

• Design and schedule social media posts

• Research events and opportunities

• Keep digital files and spreadsheets organized

• Help track tasks and progress for the team
