Job Summary:
SCKE Health offers comprehensive medical care in a brand-new state-of-the-art medical facility, proudly serving the local community. The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support in healthcare operations by coordinating billing, communications, and quality improvement projects to help streamline clinical and administrative processes.
Essential Job Duties:
Manage front-desk duties, including greeting patients and answering phone inquiries
Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, scanning documents, and email correspondence
Support lab functions by receiving lab orders, preparing and labeling samples, and operating basic lab testing equipment
Maintain accurate lab records and assist with proper sample storage
Help track clinic quality measures, goals, and program outcomes using spreadsheets or digital tools
Collaborate with staff and external partners to ensure efficient communication and task completion
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior office or clerical experience is a plus
Work Experience Skills Developed:
Real-world administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of clinic operations and quality improvement tracking
Enhanced professional communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office protocols
Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
